Ladbrokes Hobart Cup is the feature of the Tasmanian Summer Racing Festival in Hobart. This is one of Tasmania’s and Australia’s oldest traditions, so make sure you add it to your 2025 events calendar, you won’t be disappointed!

Ledger Village
The Leger Village is an exclusive area where you can entertain your friends and business colleagues on your very own reserved grassed area.
Directly overlooking the home straight, the Leger Village is the perfect place to view the horses up close as they turn into the home straight and head for the winning post.
You can erect your own marquee, bring your own food and drinks, and watch the horses thunder down the home straight on Ladbrokes Hobart Cup Day.
Within the Leger Village, you’ll enjoy a taste of privacy in a relaxed setting, yet miss none of the unique atmosphere.

There is no need to purchase General Admission as your Leger Admission will allow you access through the main gate, into all the general admission areas, and into the Leger Village.

Mounting Yard Reserve
The rumbling of hooves, the thrill of the contest, the beauty of the thoroughbreds, close enough that you can almost reach out and touch them!
The Mounting Yard Reserve is the perfect spot for you and your mates to enjoy all the racing action, the fashions, the excitement and the live entertainment.
Situated on the front lawn next to the mounting yard and Crown Lager Bar this large white picket fenced area includes table and chairs with an umbrella for up to 8 people.
This area is only accessible to those that have booked and been issued a wristband, so there’s no chance of you loosing your seat while checking out all the on course action.
Your booking includes:
8 wristbands, which gives you track entry and entry to the Mounting Yard Reserve from 11 am, you will have access to a table and chairs set with an umbrella per booking.
This is slightly different to previous years, this is one large fenced area so you are still able to mingle with your mates without being too far away.
